Great post really interesting. We tried to get tickets for the python reunion shows but even the crappy seats sold out quickly as they kind of had a time related lottery system to buy them.
That sucks that you didn't get to see them. I'd love to see them. I thought the Cleese lecture was so compelling I had to blog it. I think the Pythons are all absolutely brilliant thinkers, writers and comedians.

Excellent lecture. Those guys from Monty Python were really brainier than we ever gave them credit for being.
